HydraTone Machine Construction

The HydraTone machines are built with:

Heavy commercial strength 3”x2”, 2”x 2” square 11-gauge steel tubing, which increases stability and safety
Non skid leveling glides
Bushings constructed of nylon, proven to be the strongest and most durable with minimum maintenance
Other parts (yokes, handles) are made of various materials appropriate to each stress situation.
High quality durable upholstery and padding continues to look new for years with minimum maintenance
An easy new adjustable back for comfort and proper position which eliminates the troublesome unattached back pad on required machines
Seat height and frame are lower - makes it safer and easier to get on and off
Painted with electrostatic powder coating for a durable finish

All units are built from raw materials to finished goods at the factory

Cylinders are:

Of commercial quality with an easily adjustable (6) six position valve
- Gives six levels of dual resistance on each machine to achieve optimum results and eliminate boredom.
Filled with hydraulic fluid, of the proper viscosity for the dispersal of heat
Assembled ‘in factory’ just as they have been for a quarter of a century that assures the highest quality while achieving the smoothest motion.
